PRAM Front Membrane Pressure Transmitter TP15

The PRAM outputs 4–20 mA in two- or three-wire technology, optionally 0–5 V or 0–10 V. The membrane, Ø 24 mm, is located in the face of the G 3/4″ connection and seals against the process connection with an O-ring 26.7 × 1.78, leaving no dead volume in front of it – suitable for viscous, pasty and fibrous media and for cleaning in an installed state. The measuring body is a monolithic piece of 17-4 PH stainless steel, fully laser-welded and resin-potted. The price depends on the measuring range and sensitivity.

Nominal pressure via selection: relative 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 20 and 50 bar (zero point at atmospheric pressure) as well as vacuum versions -1/0, -1/+1, -1/+2.5 and -1/+5 bar, also with zero point at atmospheric pressure.

• Connection: DIN 43650-A plug according to ISO 4400 · Load 0 to 470 Ω in current mode, at least 3 kΩ in voltage mode · Insulation resistance > 2 GΩ.

• Temperature: Operation -10 … +70 °C, storage -20 … +80 °C · Protection class IP65 according to EN 60529.

• Process connection: G 3/4″ external thread (BSP) with O-ring 26.7 × 1.78 · Tightening SW 32 with 25 N·m · Thread length 13.5 mm.

• Dimensions: Ø 25 mm, length 91.5 mm · Membrane Ø 24 mm · Height above axis 52 mm with DIN plug.

• Pressure limits: continuous 100 %, permissible 150 %, burst > 300 %, highly dynamic 75 % of nominal pressure.

Application and Conformity

Viscous, pasty, and fibrous media in food, chemical, and pharmaceutical plants, as well as level measurement in containers that are cleaned in an installed state. CE, RoHS and REACH; EN 61326-1 and EN 61010-1; quality system according to EN ISO 9001. For versions from 20 bar, a declaration of conformity for food contact according to (EC) 1935/2004 and (EC) 2023/2006 (GMP) is available, material 17-4 PH (WN 1.4542).

On request: Calibration certificate. Optional M12×1 connector, 4-pin straight socket with molded shielded cable, 3 m, cable outlet with 3 m PVC cable instead of the connector, and the version for food contact (MOCA) from 20 bar.
