Finished scales and weighing systems from octogon

Not every task needs a weighing system built from scratch. Where a standard scale is enough, we supply it ready to use – calibrated, with a display and ready for operation. Where none exists, we assemble it from load cells, weighing modules and measuring electronics.

Buy finished or build it yourself

A finished scale is the faster and usually cheaper solution as long as weighing range, platform size and installation site match the standard. As soon as the vessel, the silo or the machine itself is to become the scale, the route is via individual load cells: the weighing modules handle load introduction with tilt and lift-off protection, and the weighing indicators or weighing transmitters the evaluation.

For legal-for-trade applications the approval is what counts – accuracy classes to OIML R76 and R60 respectively are stated with the individual items. On request we calibrate in our own laboratory to ISO 17025. If you are unsure which route is the right one, describe the task to us via Contact.
