Fast and Reliable

Your product in record time

Regular calibrations and checks are not only required by common quality management standards – above all, they provide you with one thing: the absolute certainty that your measurement data is correct. Are you still unsure about choosing the right service? We would be happy to advise you personally to find the optimal solution for your requirements.

Calibration according to ÖNORM EN ISO/IEC 17025

Together with our partner, as an accredited calibration laboratory, we perform precise calibrations for the measured quantities of force, length, and mass – including for load cells, force transducers, and force sensors. The basis for our accreditation is ÖNORM EN ISO/IEC 17025.

Importance of Test Equipment Monitoring

The systematic monitoring of test equipment has significantly gained importance across all industries in recent years. Calibration ensures the seamless traceability of your measuring equipment to national and international standards. For production companies and testing laboratories, it thus provides indispensable legal and technical assurance for their products and measurement results.

Our Service: Calibration & Test Equipment Management

We take care of the complete monitoring of your test equipment:

  • Timely Recalibration: Repeat measurements are reliably carried out within the agreed-upon timeframes.

  • Active Reminder Service: You will receive a notification from us in good time before the respective calibration deadline.

  • Highest Standards: Our reference standards are regularly connected to international standards by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) in Germany and the Bundesamt für Eich- und Vermessungswesen (BEV) in Austria.

Quality and Safety through Interlaboratory Comparisons

The quality and precision of our calibration procedures are continuously checked by the accreditation body through mandatory, regular participation in interlaboratory comparisons.

Calibration of Tensile and Compression Testing Machines

Calibration of Tensile and Compression Testing Machines
We calibrate the force measuring devices of tensile and compression testing machines on-site, regardless of the manufacturer.
Within our accreditation, we can cover a range from 0.01 N to 1000 kN (tensile testing machines) and 5000 kN (compression testing machines).

Since our accreditation extends to the displacement measuring systems of the testing machines (see measured quantity length), we can offer a complete calibration.

Calibration of Force Sensors
We calibrate force transducers and mobile hand-held force measuring devices in compression direction up to 5000 kN and in tension direction up to 600 kN according to the Dakks guideline DKD-R 3-3.

Calibration of Adhesion Testers
Adhesion testers of all types are calibrated by us using an accredited procedure.

Calibration of Static Load Plates
Upon request, we can perform accredited calibrations of static load plates in our laboratory according to guideline DKD-R 3-3.

Calibration of Mass Measuring Devices

Calibration of Scales
In addition to the calibration of all types of non-automatic weighing instruments in the laboratory and production area up to a maximum load of 150 t, we also offer the calibration of crane scales up to 60 t and platform scales (such as axle load scales) with high loads up to 60 t and small weighing surfaces.
Platform scales and crane scales are calibrated with special loading devices in the bvfs laboratory.
Through our cooperation partners on site, we are able to keep travel times short.

Calibration of Weights
The calibration laboratory is accredited for the calibration of weights of
Class M1 from 1 mg to 1000 kg (on-site calibration possible)
Special designs of weights can also be calibrated, such as loading weights of torque test stands or custom-made items

Class F1 from 1 mg to 20 kg
