PDAB Differential Pressure Transmitter DF2

The PDAB measures the difference between two ports, A+ and B−, and outputs 4–20 mA in three-wire technology; optionally ±5 V or ±10 V. It is designed for differential measurements where high static pressure is present on both sides. The measuring cell is a monolithic piece of 17-4 PH stainless steel, fully laser-welded and resin-potted. The sensitivity can be adjusted by ±75%, allowing one sensor to cover multiple ranges. The price depends on the measuring range and sensitivity.

Nominal pressure selectable: Differential pressure 0.5, 1, 2.5, 5, 10 and 20 bar (zero point at atmospheric pressure). In addition, the datasheet lists static ranges of 50, 100, 250, 350, 500, 700, 1000, 1500 and 2000 bar (zero point at absolute vacuum); the three highest of these feature G 1/2″ process connection.

• Process connection: two external threads G 1/4″, A+ and B−, for the highest ranges G 1/2″ · Tightening SW 27 with 28 N·m · Sealing USIT ring A 63-11 up to 700 bar, A 63-18 up to 1000 bar, above that double clamping ring in a sharp-edged bore Ø 6 to Ø 7.

On request: Calibration certificate. As an option, the LabDF2 laboratory version with ≤ ±0.05% for the differential ranges 10 and 20 bar as well as voltage output ±5 V or ±10 V instead of 4–20 mA.
