10 … 300 mm in 5-mm-Schritten, bitte angeben.

+200 °C angeben.

Bei ja bitte beschreiben, was abweichen soll.

Description

The TEMG is an intrinsically safe compact temperature sensor for hazardous areas, manufacturer type Müller MKTS-Ex.

It covers measuring points in gas-hazardous areas – tanks, separators, pipelines with flammable media – without explosion-proof encapsulation or separating component in the field. The sensor tube, housing body and plug insert are made entirely of stainless steel 1.4571, the system pressure is max. 25 bar, and the protection class is IP 65 / IP 68.

It is the intrinsically safe version of the same design platform: same housing, same outputs, plus ATEX and IECEx for Zone 0.

Measurement is performed with one or two Pt100 or Pt1000, only in Class A, at max. 0.1 % of the range. The measurement range of the data table extends from -50 … +200 °C, the smallest span is 50 K; the medium temperature additionally limits the temperature class: +425 °C in T1, +275 °C in T2, +180 °C in T3, +115 °C in T4, +80 °C in T5 and +65 °C in T6.

Before ordering, please note: The marking is II 1 G Ex ia IIC T6..T1 Ga, plus II 1/2 G Ga/Gb and II 2 G Gb; Zone 0, 1 and 2 are approved for gases. The intrinsically safe maximum values at both outputs are Ui 30 VDC, Ii 110 mA, Pi 1 W, passive 30 V, 100 mA and 100 mW, with Ci 66 nF and Li 330 µH (330 m cable). Both certificate numbers end with X – TÜV 21 ATEX 201293 X and IECEx TUN 21.0005X – and include special conditions; the source mentions heat backflow, impact and friction, and electrostatic charging. The permissible ambient temperature depends on the temperature class and the output type: current output -40 … +75 °C, voltage output only -40 … +50 °C, passive -50 … +100 °C; in T5 and T6, the source calculates the limit from the power dissipation, the corresponding table should be read before design. Measurement range and medium temperature contradict each other in the data sheet: feature bar -50 … +200 °C, data table -50 … +425 °C, plus the limit per temperature class – the smallest of the three values applies. Two measuring elements are only available without a transmitter; the installation length (10 … 300 mm) must be specified. The product identification GN also appears verbatim on the MKTS-GLEx sheet; please specify the type designation in plain text. Configuration is done with the DEV-KMA and TrComm. The data sheet mentions 2014/34/EU as a guideline; a CE mark is not documented there. The certificates are available on request and for download according to the source, we do not have them. The version with additional marine approval is the TEMF (MKTS-GLEx).
