The LBBD is a compact bending and shear beam load cell for precise force and weighing measurements in industrial applications. Its flat design makes it particularly suitable for applications with limited installation space, such as platform scales, dosing systems, machines, or test benches.
The load cell is available in measuring ranges from 100 N to 5,000 N or from 10 kg to 500 kg. It can also be used for dynamic measurements and achieves a total error of maximum ±0.025 % FS. The full Wheatstone bridge in a 6-wire configuration enables reliable integration into existing measurement systems.
The robust housing made of 17-4PH / 1.4542 stainless steel and the IP68 protection class allow use even under demanding environmental conditions. A high-temperature version for temperatures from −40 °C to +250 °C is optionally available. The load cell is supplied factory calibrated. ISO-17025 calibration is optionally available.
