The LBBB is a flat shear and bending beam load cell for precise force and weighing measurements in industrial applications. It is suitable for tension and compression loads and can also be used for dynamic measurements. Typical areas of application include tank scales, platform scales, dosing systems, and industrial monitoring systems.
The load cell is available in measuring ranges from 1,100 N to 44,000 N or from 110 kg to 4,400 kg. Thanks to the full Wheatstone bridge in 6-wire configuration, the LBBB can be reliably integrated into existing measurement systems.
The robust housing made of stainless steel 17-4PH / 1.4542 and the protection class IP68 allow for use even in demanding environmental conditions. A high-temperature version for temperatures from −40 °C to +250 °C is optionally available. The load cell is supplied factory calibrated. ISO-17025 calibration is optionally available.
