The LBBA is a low-profile shear beam load cell for precise force and weighing measurements in industrial applications. It is suitable for tension and compression loads and can also be used for dynamic measurements. Typical applications include tank scales, platform scales, dosing systems, test benches, and machine monitoring.
The load cell is available with measuring ranges from 0.5 kN to 100 kN or from 50 kg to 10 t. Thanks to the full Wheatstone bridge in a 6-wire configuration, the LBBA can be reliably integrated into existing measurement systems.
The stainless steel housing made of 17-4PH / 1.4542 and the IP67 degree of protection allow use even under demanding environmental conditions. A high-temperature version for temperatures from −40 °C to +250 °C is optionally available. The load cell is supplied factory calibrated. ISO-17025 calibration is optionally available.
