Reliable measurement data requires regularly calibrated sensors. We make this process as efficient as possible for you: Simply send us your force transducer or load cell, and you will usually receive it back ready for use and calibrated according to standards within 1 to 2 weeks.

Our calibration services at a glance

Our portfolio covers an enormous range for a wide variety of industrial requirements: We can offer calibrations for measuring ranges from 5 N to 3 MN (500g to 300t).

In addition, our specific services include:

• We carry out accredited calibrations for force transducers up to 3MN maximum force. This is possible in tensile or compressive force direction, as well as in both directions (tensile and compressive).
  

• We can also carry out factory calibrations for force transducers in one or two force directions. 

• Our services also include the accredited calibration of non-automatic weighing instruments, such as crane scales up to 60t nominal load.

The process for you: Done in 3 steps

You don't have to bother with complex technical preparations.

1. Announce: Briefly contact us with the type of your force transducer or load cell and the desired measuring range so that we can optimally plan our capacities.

2. Ship securely: Pack the sensor well cushioned. Include a cover letter with your contact details as well as the return and invoice address.

3. Lean back: As soon as the package arrives, we take care of everything else – from acclimatization in the laboratory to exact measurement series, to the issuance of the certificate and secure return shipping.
