Description
The LZAA is a compact tension/compression load cell, type microTC5.
It is designed for force measurements in confined spaces, where the cell is subjected to tension via rod ends or compression via a mounting plate.
The nominal load range includes 1,000 N, 2,500 N, 5,000 N, and 10,000 N, corresponding to 100 kg to 1,000 kg. The total error is ≤ ±0.07% FS, nonlinearity and hysteresis are each ≤ ±0.05% FS, repeatability is ≤ ±0.01% FS, and creep is ≤ ±0.1% FS over 30 minutes. The rated output is 2 mV/V ±0.1%, and zero balance is ≤ ±1% FS.
The material is stainless steel 17-4 PH / 1.4542, the housing is fully laser-welded and protected to IP67 according to IEC 60529. The measuring bridge is a 4-wire Wheatstone full bridge with an input resistance of 800 ± 20 Ω; the insulation resistance is ≥ 5,000 MΩ at 100 V, and the excitation voltage is ≤ 18 V. Connection is via an M12 connector, 5-pin, with connecting cables of 1, 3, 5, or 20 m. The operating temperature range is from -20 °C to +70 °C, with an optional high-temperature version for -40 to 250 °C. Permissible operating load is 120% FS, safe overload is 150% FS, and ultimate overload is > 300% FS; the maximum dynamic load is 70% FS. The cell complies with CE, RoHS, and REACH; ISO-17025 calibration is available upon request.
