Description
The LSAB is an S-shaped load cell with an amplified output signal, type STAMP.
It is designed for tank and platform scales where a standardized current or voltage signal is to be processed without a separate measuring amplifier.
The rated load range extends from 10 kg to 7.5 t. Accuracy is 0.03 %, non-linearity ±0.023 %, and non-repeatability ±0.015 %; calibration tolerance is < ±0.1 %. The response frequency is specified as 1 kHz.
The output signal is optionally 4–20 mA in 3-wire technology or ±5 V or ±10 V, each with a positive output under tensile load. The supply is 12–24 V DC for 4–20 mA and ±5 V, and 18–24 V DC for ±10 V, maximum 28 V DC; current consumption is 30 mA, insulation resistance is > 2 GΩ. The housing is made of stainless steel and protected according to IP65, connection is via an M12 connector, 4-pin. The nominal temperature range extends from -10 °C to +40 °C, the operating temperature range from -20 °C to +70 °C. An operating load of 120 %, a maximum permissible load of 150 %, and a breaking load of > 300 % of the rated load are permitted. The rod end bearings comply with ISO 12240-4, series E.
