Nominal load [kg]

Low stock

Our load cells with integrated indicator 4CTCD offer the possibility to read the measured load directly on a display.

The centrally loaded (ring) load cell is one of the newer products in weighing technology. Ring load cells are symmetrical and very compact. The load is introduced via a load introduction button or an application-specific adapter part via a continuous internal thread in the center of the sensor. This central load introduction makes the load cell largely insensitive to eccentric loading. It is characterized by high accuracy and linearity. The ring load cell delivers extremely precise and reproducible measurement results even in long-term use in harsh industrial environments.

A ring load cell is used to measure static and dynamic tensile and compressive loads. In addition to weighing, it can also be used to measure force and determine torque. The ring load cell is available in a wide variety of variations and for different areas. A ring load cell can be very useful in test bench technology for material quality determination and automation technology.

Scope

Tank scales, silo scales, machine scales, container scales, special scales as well as force measurements in the testing machine and process industries.

When installing the ring load cell, it is important to ensure that no torsional forces act on the sensor. When subjected to pressure, the load cell must be mounted on a flat surface so that the loaded center of the sensor can bend freely downwards.
