Description
The LLAF is a compact flange load cell with an amplified output signal, type micro4CTAMP.
It is designed for force measurements in confined spaces where a voltage signal needs to be processed without a separate measuring amplifier.
The rated load program includes 100 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg, and 1,000 kg, corresponding to 1 kN to 10 kN. The total error is ≤ ±0.03% FS, nonlinearity and hysteresis are both ≤ ±0.05% FS, creep is ≤ ±0.1% FS, and zero point deviation is 1%.
The output signal is ±10 V with a tolerance of ±0.1% FS; the datasheet mentions ±5 V with a supply of 12–24 V DC as an option. The rated supply is 18–24 V DC, the maximum supply voltage is 28 V, current consumption is 30 mA, and insulation resistance is ≥ 2 GΩ at 100 V. Connection is made via an M12 connector, 5-pin; a connection cable with a length of 3 m is available as an accessory. The housing is made of stainless steel, fully laser-welded and protected to IP67, weighing 0.28 kg. The compensated temperature range is from -10 °C to +40 °C. An operating load of 120% FS, a safety overload of 150% FS, and a breaking load of > 300% FS are permissible, the maximum dynamic load is 75% FS.
