Description
The LLAE is a compact flange load cell for small nominal loads, type micro4CT.
It is designed for force measurements where installation space is limited and the transducer is connected via a plug connector.
The nominal load range includes 100 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg and 1,000 kg, corresponding to 1 kN to 10 kN. The total error is ≤ ±0.03 % FS, nonlinearity and hysteresis are each ≤ ±0.05 % FS, and creep is ≤ ±0.10 % FS. The rated output is 2.0 mV/V ±0.1 %, and zero balance is < ±1.0 %.
The measuring bridge is a full Wheatstone bridge in 4-wire technology with an input resistance of 800 ± 20 Ω and an output resistance of 705 ± 2 Ω; the insulation resistance is ≥ 5 GΩ at 100 V, the excitation voltage is a maximum of 18 V. Connection is via an M12 connector, 5-pin; a connection cable with a length of 3 m is available as an accessory. The housing is made of stainless steel, fully laser-welded and protected according to IP67; the weight is 0.28 kg. The compensated temperature range extends from -10 °C to +40 °C, the operating temperature range from -20 °C to +70 °C. An operating load of 120 % FS, a safety overload of 150 % FS and a breaking load of > 300 % FS are permissible, the maximum dynamic load is 75 % FS.
