Description
The LLAD is a flanged load cell with integrated display, type 4CTVCD.
It is designed for force and load measurements where the measured value should be read directly from the sensor without the need for a separate display unit.
The rated load range extends from 500 kg to 100,000 kg, i.e., from 0.5 t to 100 t. The accuracy is ≤ ±0.05% FS, non-linearity and hysteresis are each ≤ ±0.05% FS, and creep is ±0.1% FS. The display resolution ranges from 0.1 kg to 10 kg, depending on the rated load; the zero point can be adjusted by ±10% FS.
The recommended power supply is 12 V DC with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA, the maximum supply voltage is 15 V DC; the insulation resistance is ≥ 2 GΩ at 100 V. Connection is via the MIL PT02E10-6P connector with a 5 m cable. The housing is made of stainless steel and fully laser-welded, the compensated temperature range is from -10 °C to +40 °C. Permissible operating load is 120% FS, safety overload is 150% FS and breaking load is > 300% FS, the maximum dynamic load is 75% FS. The cell complies with CE, RoHS and REACH; an ISO-17025 calibration is available on request.
