Description
The EWLC is an approved scale for weight, price, and total amount, with a stainless steel platter, type L-BILP.
It is designed for retail sales with displays for both the operator and the customer, showing weight, unit price, and total amount simultaneously.
The scale is available in capacities of 3/6 kg, 6/15 kg, and 15/30 kg with verification increments of 1/2 g, 2/5 g, and 5/10 g. Its net weight is 3.3 kg and its width is 350 mm. Linearity is < 0.01 % full scale with 3,000 visible scale divisions, displayed in kg.
The triple 6-digit LCD display is backlit on both sides and has 20 mm digit height, while the waterproof keypad has 20 keys. Up to 100 items can be stored as PLUs with unit prices; the price unit is adjustable to €/kg or €/100 g; summation of partial amounts and automatic change calculation are included. Via the serial RS232 interface at 2400 to 19200 bit/s, the external STAVTII printer can optionally issue non-fiscal receipts. The internal rechargeable battery with 6 V and 4 Ah allows up to 70 hours of operation; the power supply for 230 V AC ±10 % is included. The operating temperature ranges from -10 °C to +40 °C. The scale is CE-M certified according to 2014/31/EU, EN 45501, and OIML R76 Class III, and is suitable for legal use in trade with conformity assessment (initial verification).
