Description
The EWLB is a bench counting scale with an input for a remote platform, type L-BIL2B.
It is designed for weighing and counting large quantities: a second platform can be connected via the input, such as the single-point platforms ACN, AIN, and MN or the 4-load-cell platforms P and P-INOXN.
The scale is available with nominal capacities of 6 kg, 15 kg, and 30 kg with verification values of 0.1 g, 0.2 g, and 0.5 g, and a net weight of 4.8 kg. The linearity is < 0.01 % full scale with 60,000 visible verification values, displayed in g and kg.
Three 6-digit backlit LCD displays with 20 mm digit height simultaneously show piece count, average piece weight, and total weight, and the waterproof keyboard has 20 keys. Up to 100 items can be stored as PLUs with description, predefined tare, and average piece weight; weight, piece, and percentage control (HIGH/LOW) provides audible and visual alerts for limit values. For connectivity, there is an RS232 serial interface with 600 to 9600 bit/s for a PC or external printer, as well as a 5-pin round connector for the remote platform. The internal rechargeable battery with 6 V and 4 Ah allows up to 70 hours of operation; the power supply for 230 V AC ±10 % is included. The operating temperature ranges from 0 °C to +40 °C; a spirit level, adjustable feet, and automatic shutdown are included features.
