Description
The EILG is an AISI 304 stainless steel weighing indicator, WINOX-L type; the L version differs from the R version in its 6-digit semi-alphanumeric backlit LCD display with 46 message icons instead of the red LED display with 16 indicator LEDs.
It is designed for weighing and dosing tasks in environments where the housing is regularly cleaned; it can be installed on a wall, table, column or control panel front, and a bracket is included.
The digit height is 20 mm, operated via a 6-button keyboard; the housing is protected to IP68, with IP69K rating upon request according to DIN 40050-9 for high-pressure and steam jet cleaning (100 bar, 80 °C, 250 seconds). Dimensions are 286 x 206 x 108 mm, with bracket 290 x 206 x 187 mm, panel cutout 248 x 160 mm.
The weighing input accepts up to 8 load cells with 350 Ω. The A/D converter operates with 24 bits and 16,000,000 digits at 4.8 kHz, delivering 300 conversions per second; the measuring range is ±39 mV, usable sensitivity ±7 mV/V, linearity < 0.01% full scale. There are 5 relay outputs, 3 opto-isolated digital PNP inputs as well as RS485 and RS232 with ModBus RTU, ASCII or continuous transmission; a 2.4 GHz WiFi module, an analog output, and fieldbus and Ethernet modules are available upon request. Power supply is 12 to 24 V DC at 6 W, operating temperature range is -20 °C to +60 °C.
