Description
The EILF is an ABS weighing indicator, type WDESK-R; the R version differs from the L version by its 6-digit semi-alphanumeric red LED display with 16 indicator LEDs instead of the backlit LCD display with 46 message icons.
It is designed for weighing and dosing tasks directly at the scale and can be installed on the wall, on a table, on a column, or in a panel front.
The digit height is 20 mm, operated via a 6-button keyboard; a clock/calendar with buffer battery is built-in. The weighing input accepts up to 8 load cells with 350 Ω in 4- or 6-wire technology. The A/D converter operates with 24 bits and 16,000,000 digits at 4.8 kHz and provides 300 conversions per second; the measuring range is ±39 mV, the usable sensitivity ±7 mV/V, the linearity < 0.01% full scale.
There are 5 relay outputs, 3 opto-isolated digital PNP inputs as well as RS485 and RS232 with ModBus RTU, ASCII or continuous transmission. A 2.4 GHz WiFi module, an opto-isolated 16-bit analog output, as well as fieldbus and Ethernet modules are available on request. The standard version measures 226 x 122 x 164 mm with a panel cutout of 186 x 96 mm and is protected to IP67; a version for ATEX II 3GD (Zone 2-22) is available. Power is supplied with 12 to 24 V DC at 6 W, the operating temperature ranges from -20 °C to +60 °C.
