Description
The EILE is a weighing indicator with a backlit LCD display in an ABS housing, type WDESK-L.
It is designed for weighing and dosing tasks directly at the scale and can be used as a desktop, wall, column, or panel-mounted device.
The 6-digit semi-alphanumeric display has a digit height of 20 mm, is backlit, and shows 46 status symbols; it is operated via a 6-button membrane keypad. The weighing input accepts up to 8 load cells with 350 Ω in 4- or 6-wire technology. The A/D converter operates with 24 bit and 16,000,000 points at 4.8 kHz and provides 300 conversions per second; the usable sensitivity is ±7 mV/V, the measuring range ±39 mV, and the linearity < 0.01% FS.
Features include 5 relay outputs, 3 opto-isolated PNP inputs, as well as RS485 and RS232 with Modbus RTU, ASCII or continuous transmission. A WiFi module with 2.4 GHz and integrated web server, an analog output, and fieldbus and Ethernet modules are available on request. The standard housing measures 226 x 122 x 164 mm with a panel cutout of 186 x 96 mm and is protected according to IP67; a version is approved for ATEX Zone 2-22. Power is supplied with 12 to 24 V DC at 6 W, the operating temperature range extends from -20 °C to +60 °C.
