Description
The EILD is a weighing indicator with external controls in a polycarbonate housing, type W200BOXEC.
It is designed for dosing tasks directly at the machine: the selector switch as well as the start and stop buttons are located in the housing lid, allowing recipe changes and cycle start to be carried out at the scale.
The weighing input accepts up to 8 load cells with 350 Ω in 4- or 6-wire technology. The A/D converter operates with 24 bit and 16,000,000 points at 4.8 kHz and delivers 300 conversions per second; the usable sensitivity is ±7 mV/V with a measuring range of ±39 mV. Linearity is < 0.01% FS, and temperature drift is < 0.0005% FS/°C.
The 6-digit red LED display has a 14 mm digit height, plus 8 status LEDs and a 5-button keyboard. The device offers 5 relay outputs, 3 opto-isolated PNP inputs, and serial interfaces RS485 and RS232 with Modbus RTU, ASCII or continuous transmission; analog output, fieldbus and Ethernet modules are available on request. The housing measures 170 x 140 x 95 mm, is protected according to IP64 and is wall-mounted. Power supply is 12 to 24 V DC at 5 W, the operating temperature range is from -20 °C to +60 °C. Approved versions are certified according to OIML R76:2006, Class III, with 3 x 10,000 divisions.
