Description
The EHOA is a mobile measuring amplifier with data logger for strain gauge transducers in a handheld device, type EOD.
It is suitable for measurements on test setups, in the field and in service, where readings are recorded independently of the mains.
Full, half and quarter bridges, potentiometric transducers and voltage signals from 0 to 10 V can be connected to the 15-pin Sub-D socket; bridge completion for 120, 350 and 1,000 Ω is built in. The input sensitivity is selectable in steps of 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.5 mV/V, the bridge excitation is 2.5 or 5 V. The resolution is 24 bit, the accuracy class is 0.05 % and the relative linearity error is 0.02 % FS.
The data rate ranges from 0.3125 to 3,000 Hz, recording to the SD card is up to 1,000 Hz; six sensor configurations are available. The analog output outputs -5 to 5 V, USB 2.0 Full Speed serves as the interface. The aluminum housing measures 164 x 105 x 32 mm and is protected according to IP51, optionally according to IP65. The power supply is 10 to 29 V, the operating temperature range extends from -20 °C to +70 °C. The scope of delivery includes an SD memory card, plug-in power supply, Sub-D mating connector, USB cable, software and manual.
