Description
The EHAA is a professional handheld with a data logger for strain gauge transducers, type AE-Star.
It measures force, weight, pressure, torque, and displacement with a single device and is suitable for measurements on test benches, in the field, and during service.
The analog input is designed for transducer signals of ±2 mV/V and resolves with 24 bits into ±50,000 divisions. The sampling rate is between 5 and 4,800 Hz, the accuracy at the external input is ±0.01% FS, and the relative linearity error is ≤ ±0.01% FS. The transducer supply is 5 V DC, the input resistance for half and quarter bridges is 350 Ω or 700 Ω.
The data logger stores up to 130,000 readings, and up to 7 transducers are automatically recognized. The functions ZERO, HOLD, PEAK, and a digital filter are available; the backlit graphical display can be rotated by 180°. Data transfer and charging occur via the USB interface. The aluminum housing with silicone protective cover measures 176 x 79 x 32 mm, weighs approximately 0.7 kg, and is protected according to IP40 per EN 60529. The internal Li-ion battery achieves approximately 24 hours of operating time, and the operating temperature range extends from +10 °C to +50 °C.
