Sheathed sensors consist of a flexible, mineral-insulated sheathed cable with the measuring insert at the tip. They can be shaped and therefore installed where a rigid protective tube cannot reach – tight bends, small diameters, complex installation situations.
Available as a thermocouple and as a resistance thermometer, each also in a version with marine approval (GL). For permanent installation with a process connection, see screw-in sensors; for field wiring, see sensors with connection head.
