The insertion thermometer is inserted into the measured medium for measurement and then removed again – ideal for spot checks in food processing, incoming goods inspection, and quality control. With a lance up to 2000 mm long and a range up to +400 °C, it also measures in hay, compost and hot asphalt. It is not a stationary device, but a handheld measuring instrument with process-grade quality.
