Description
The QZKH is an oval gear flowmeter with a mechanical counter and flanged connection for nominal sizes from DN10 to DN200. It is particularly suited to measuring points without auxiliary power, since it counts without a supply; an electrical output is available as an accessory.
Positive displacement, two oval gears drive the counter through a gear train, no straight inlet run needed. Flow range from 0.03 at DN10 to 340 at DN200, given without a unit in the sheet. Accuracy class 0.5 or 0.2, depending on viscosity; repeatability is not documented. Reading on the mechanical counter or an electronic counter. A declaration of conformity is not documented in the datasheet. Before sizing, note: the flow tables carry no unit; only the questionnaire speaks of m³/h. A medium temperature is stated nowhere and the statements on the high-temperature version contradict each other. The nominal pressure depends on model and size and departs from the steps with 4.1 MPa for cast steel at DN80 … DN100.
