Description
The QZKD is a gear flowmeter without display and without keys that puts out a current or a pulse. It is particularly suited to fuels, oils, fats, adhesives, solvents, inks and insecticides where evaluation and totalizing take place outside the device.
Positive displacement with two meshing gears, no straight inlet run needed. Measuring range 50 mL/min … 150 L/min in seven sizes, one of them 5 … 2000 mL/min. Accuracy ± 0.5 % of full scale, repeatability ± 0.1 % of full scale. Output A: 4 … 20 mA two-wire in the supply loop; output P: pulse, three-wire. Supply 16 … 30 V DC per the data block. Connection rectangular connector (factory default) or M12 × 1, four-pin.
Body of aluminium (40 bar), stainless steel 304 or 316 (each 100, 250 or 400 bar) or PP (10 bar), seal FKM or PTFE for corrosive media. Process connection female thread G1/4 … G1. Medium temperature -30 … +120 °C, high-temperature version on request, not for aluminium and PP. The protection grade is not documented in the text; IP65 and a CE mark are visible only on the rating plate in the product photograph. A declaration of conformity is not documented in the datasheet. Before sizing, note: a PNP/NPN switching output is named in the data block but cannot be ordered. The rating plate in the photograph reads DC 5 … 24 V, contradicting the data block. The high-temperature limit is given once as 150 °C and once as 140 °C.
