Description
The QZKB is a gear flowmeter for mounting on a machined plate instead of in a pipe. It is particularly suited to additive fuels, corrosion inhibitors, catalysts, emulsifiers, oils, fats, fragrances, adhesives, solvents, inks and insecticides in systems up to 400 bar.
Positive displacement with two meshing gears, no straight inlet run needed. Measuring range 50 mL/min … 350 L/min in seven steps, accuracy ± 0.5 % of full scale, repeatability ± 0.2 % of full scale. Output A3: two switches PNP or NPN or pulse, OUT3 4 … 20 mA, 1 … 5 V or 0 … 10 V; AR: RS485 plus analog; SA: flow or temperature as switch, pulse, analog or IO-Link. Supply 16 … 30 V DC, plug M12 × 1, five-pin. Colour display with instantaneous flow, totalized volume and raw frequency, three keys.

Medium temperature -30 … +120 °C, +140 °C with field T of the order code. Plate mounting with two sealing grooves; the 350 L/min size has a SAE 1¼ inch 6000 PSI flange face. The protection grade is not documented. A declaration of conformity is not documented in the datasheet. Before sizing, note: the supply is given as 16 … 30 V DC in the data block and 12 … 30 V DC in the wiring diagram; design for 16 … 30 V DC until clarified. Without a stated K-factor the pulse output cannot be scaled. The mounting plate is drawn for only four of the seven ranges.
