Description
The QZKA is a positive displacement gear flowmeter for small and viscous flows. It is particularly suited to oils, fats, fuels, resins, adhesives, solvents, inks and refrigerants up to a viscosity of 10 000 Pa·s.
Two meshing gears displace a fixed volume per revolution, measuring range 5 mL/min … 150 L/min in seven sizes, accuracy ± 0.5 % of full scale, repeatability ± 0.2 % of full scale. Version A3: two switches PNP/NPN and analog 4 … 20 mA, 1 … 5 V or 0 … 10 V; AR: RS485 plus analog; SA: analog for flow and temperature, switch, pulse and IO-Link. Supply 12 … 30 V DC, plug M12 × 1, five-pin. Colour display with flow, percentage of range and totalized volume, three keys.
Body of aluminium (40 bar), stainless steel 304 or 316 (100 · 250 · 400 bar) or PP (10 bar); seal FKM up to 200 bar, PTFE above 200 bar or EPDM. Process connection G1/4 … G1 by size, two mounting threads M5, M6 or M8. Medium temperature -30 … +120 °C, +140 °C with code T (not for aluminium and PP). The protection grade is not documented and the sheet names no CE mark. A declaration of conformity is not documented in the datasheet. Before sizing, note: the pressure statements disagree, and FKM stops at 200 bar although 250 and 400 bar bodies are offered. The accuracy refers to full scale, not to the reading. A filter finer than 100 mesh is required ahead of the meter.
