Description
The QTKE is an electronic turbine flowmeter with a four-digit LED display for nominal sizes from DN 10 to DN 300. It is particularly suited to oil or water with medium temperatures up to +120 °C where, in version A2, the temperature is to be output alongside the flow.
Turbine principle, measuring range DN 10 … DN 300 with flow rates of 0.06 … 1800 m³/h, accuracy ≤ ±1.0 % of the range, switching and analog accuracy each ≤ ±0.5 % of the range, response time 0.1 … 5 s. Flow outputs: switch, analog and pulse, IO-Link, RS485; temperature: switch, analog and RS485 with code A2 only. Supply 12 … 30 V DC, power consumption < 60 mA, switch load < 200 mA at 24 V DC, connection M12 × 1. Display range 0.000 … 9999.
Housing of stainless steel 304, display head of engineering plastic, turbine rotor of duplex steel, bearing of graphite up to DN32 and tungsten steel from DN40. Nominal pressure PN 6.3 · 16 · 25 · 40 MPa up to DN32, 2.5 MPa up to DN100, 1.6 MPa up to DN300; max. pressure loss 0.05 MPa at DN10 down to 0.025 MPa up to DN300. Medium temperature -30 … +120 °C, high-temperature type on request; ambient -20 … +80 °C; protection IP67. A declaration of conformity is not documented in the datasheet. Before sizing, note: the coil-type minimum flows at DN12 and DN15 run backwards and have to be settled with the enquiry. The maximum flow of 222 m³/h at DN100 breaks the series and also has to be settled with the enquiry.
