Description
The QTKC is a turbine flowmeter with a field transmitter in a round field housing with two cable entries. It is particularly suited to low-viscosity liquids such as water, diesel or gasoline where the reading is to be taken at the device; a battery-powered version is available.
Turbine principle, measuring range DN 10 … DN 300 or 0.2 … 1800 m³/h. Accuracy, repeatability and supply voltage are not documented in the datasheet. Output versions: pulse (F), 4 … 20 mA (A), 4 … 20 mA with pulse and switching output (S), additionally with quantity and communication output (R), and battery operation without output signal (C, lithium battery, replaced yearly). Display via an LED display unit with four keys (F, A) or an LCD display unit (S, R, C).
Pressure resistance 16 bar or 250 bar by order code; Nominal pressure PN 6.3 · 16 · 25 · 40 MPa up to DN32, 2.5 MPa up to DN100, 1.6 MPa up to DN300; max. pressure loss 0.05 MPa at DN10 down to 0.025 MPa up to DN300. Medium temperature ≤ 100 °C standard, ≤ 130 °C type H, ≤ 180 °C type H1. Wetted materials, protection grade and ambient temperature are not documented. The amplifier is listed in normal and flameproof versions; no Ex marking is stated. A declaration of conformity is not documented in the datasheet. Before sizing, note: the sheet contains no table of technical parameters; the missing figures must be clarified with the enquiry. The maximum flow of 222 m³/h at DN100 has to be settled with the enquiry.
