Description
The QSKG is a mechanical piston flow switch with a magnetic piston and the switching element outside the medium. It is particularly suited to liquids in hydraulics, lubrication and circulating systems.
A magnetic piston on a precision spring is displaced by the flow, and the magnet operates a microswitch or reed contact outside the wetted part. Setting ranges by size 0.8 … 5, 2 … 12, 3 … 30, 5 … 40 and 6 … 60 L/min. Repeatability ≤ ± 3 % of range; an accuracy is not documented. Output one changeover contact, switching capacity 240 V AC / 110 V DC, 1.5 A. The datasheet names no supply voltage. Connection M12 × 1. An optional pointer head shows the instantaneous flow in L/min between the marks min and max.
