Description
The QFKD is an impeller flowmeter with a stainless steel housing for nominal sizes from DN12 to DN300. It is particularly suited to slurry, water, diesel and petrol, i.e. media of high and low viscosity, with thread, flange or clamp connection.
Impeller principle, flow rate 0.4 … 1800 m³/h by size, accuracy ≤ ± 2 % of the range, switching and analog accuracy each ≤ ± 0.5 % of the range, response time < 10 ms. Output by order code: switch, 4 … 20 mA or pulse, output current < 500 mA, protected against reverse polarity, overload and short circuit. Supply 12 … 30 V DC, connection M12 × 1, 5-pin. LCD with six-digit totalized reading 000000 … 999999, switch lamps S1 and S2, two keys and a set key.
Housing of stainless steel 304, impeller of duplex stainless steel (grade not named). Nominal pressure DN12 … DN32 6.3 · 16 · 25 · 40 MPa, DN40 … DN100 2.5 MPa, from DN125 1.6 MPa. Process connection external or internal thread up to DN50, flange from DN15, sanitary clamp up to DN100. Medium temperature -20 … +85 °C, ambient -20 … +80 °C, protection IP67. A declaration of conformity is not documented in the datasheet. Before sizing, note: the order code lists only one supply, DC 24 V ± 20 %, i.e. 19.2 … 28.8 V. DN300 is in the range table but has no order code. The 0.035 MPa and 0.025 MPa given as maximum pressure do not fit a maximum pressure and must be clarified with the enquiry.
