Description
The QEKH is a combined sensor without moving parts that measures flow, temperature and pressure at the same time. It is particularly suited to liquids and gases such as water, oil, solutions, steam, oxygen, nitrogen, ammonia and natural gas in lines DN15 … DN250.
The measuring principle is not documented; according to the sheet the reading is not affected by the static pressure. Flow 0.4 … 12 500 L/min depending on nominal size with < ± 2 % F.S., repeatability < 2 % of the actual flow. Pressure 0 … 1.0 MPa with < ± 0.5 % F.S., temperature -20 … +80 °C with < ± 1 °C. Outputs 3 × 4 … 20 mA (three-wire, load up to 500 Ω), three switches, RS485. Supply 18 … 30 V DC, connection M12 × 1, 5-pin.
Wetted parts alumina ceramic or stainless steel 304. Process connection thread G1/2 … G2 or flange DN15 … DN250 to GB 9119-2000. Pressure grade 1.0 MPa, 1.6 or 2.5 MPa on request. Medium temperature -20 … +80 °C, high-temperature versions up to -40 … +350 °C, ambient -10 … +65 °C. A protection grade is not documented. A declaration of conformity is not documented in the data sheet. Before sizing, note: No protection grade is given in the sheet; it has to be requested. No protocol, baud rate or register map is documented for RS485. The pressure grade is given as 1.0 MPa, while the order code describes the flange version as PN16 with 1.6 MPa.
