PRAA Absolute Pressure Transmitter TP1

The PRAA outputs a passive bridge signal of 1 or 2 mV/V – not a conditioned standard signal. Intended for measurement chains where a measuring amplifier is already present. The measuring element is a piece of 17-4 PH stainless steel, fully laser-welded and resin-potted.

Nominal pressure via selection: relative 10 and 20 bar (zero point at atmospheric pressure), absolute 50, 100, 250, 350, 500, and 700 bar (zero point in absolute vacuum). The price depends on the measuring range and sensitivity.

• Output: 1 mV/V (combined error ≤ ±0.50%) or 2 mV/V (≤ ±0.20%) · Version TP1A with 0–5 V.

• Temperature influence: zero point ≤ ±0.020%/°C, sensitivity ≤ ±0.015%/°C.

• Frequency response: 20 to 100 kHz – also for dynamic measurements.

• Supply: 1–15 V, maximum 18 V.

• Connection: M12×1 connector or molded cable, 3 m.

• Temperature: -10 … +110 °C · Protection class IP67 according to EN 60529.

• Process connection: G 1/4″ internal thread – unusual in this series, please check against the intended connection. Seal USIT A 63-11, tightening SW 22 with 25 N·m.

• Dimensions: Ø 25 mm, length 48.5 mm.

• Pressure limits: continuous 100%, permissible 150%, burst > 300%, highly dynamic 75% of nominal pressure.
