Description
The LLAB is a flange-type load cell with an amplified output signal, type 4CTAMP.
It is designed for force measurements on machines and in test setups where a standardized current or voltage signal is required without a separate measuring amplifier.
The nominal load range extends from 500 kg or 5 kN up to 500,000 kg or 5,000 kN. The total error is ≤ ±0.07 % FS, for nominal loads from 2,000 kN to 5,000 kN it is ≤ ±0.14 % FS. Nonlinearity and hysteresis are each ≤ ±0.05 % FS, creep is ≤ ±0.10 % FS, and zero point deviation is < ±1.0 %.
The output signal is optionally 4–20 mA in 3-wire technology or ±5 V or ±10 V; the supply voltage is a maximum of 28 V, the insulation resistance ≥ 2 GΩ at 100 V. The housing is made of stainless steel, fully laser-welded and protected according to IP67; the compensated temperature range extends from -10 °C to +40 °C. An operating load of 120 % FS, a safety overload of 150 % FS, and a breaking load of > 300 % FS are permissible, the maximum dynamic load is 75 % FS. The cable is 5 m long and has a diameter of 5.2 mm. The cell complies with CE, RoHS, and REACH; ISO-17025 calibration is available upon request.
