Description
The LKKA is a flat-design button load cell for compressive force measurements in the high load range.
It is designed for weighing and force measurement tasks where low height and hermetically sealed encapsulation are required.
The rated load program ranges from 1 t to 470 t, and the accuracy class is 0.05. Nonlinearity and relative hysteresis error are each ±0.05% of Cn, with zero point return at ±0.03% of Cn. The rated output is 2.85 mV/V. The fatigue life according to DIN 50100 is specified at 70% of Emax for 10,000,000 load cycles.
The input resistance is 1,450 ± 10 Ω, the output resistance is 1,405 ± 3 Ω; the supply voltage ranges from 5 to 30 V with a reference supply of 5 V. The measuring body is made of alloy steel or stainless steel, the cell is hermetically encapsulated and protected according to IP68. The nominal temperature range is from -10 °C to +40 °C, the operating temperature range from -30 °C to +80 °C; for the HT version, the data sheet lists options up to +150 °C or +200 °C. The cable gland is made of nickel-plated brass, optionally stainless steel, the cable has a diameter of 6.5 mm. Explosion protection is optionally available, for Ex versions a connection for potential equalization is available.
