Description
The QMKB is an electromagnetic flowmeter to JB/T 9248-2015 with compact or remote converter. It is particularly suited to conductive liquids from 30 µS/cm where lining and electrode are matched to the medium.
Faraday's law of induction. Flow velocity 0 … 10 m/s, accuracy ± 0.5 % of reading, ± 1 % below DN20. Conductivity 25 µS/cm in theory, more than 30 µS/cm in practice. Outputs 4 … 20 mA, pulse or frequency 2 kHz, 5 kHz maximum, RS485 with Modbus RTU and HART. Supply 100 … 240 V AC 50/60 Hz or 24 V DC ± 10 %, consumption ≤ 15 VA, cable entry M20 × 1.5.
Electrodes 316L, Hastelloy C or B, titanium, tantalum or platinum, lining neoprene, PTFE, FEP, PFA, silicone fluoro rubber or PU, shell and flange carbon steel, stainless steel to order. Nominal pressure 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 or 4.0 MPa. Medium temperature 0 … +250 °C by lining, ambient -10 … +55 °C with LCD, -30 … +55 °C with OLED. Protection grade IP65 compact, IP65 or IP68 remote. A declaration of conformity is not documented in the data sheet. Before sizing, note: The sheet gives three different upper size limits; the sizes that can be delivered have to be settled with the enquiry. The ground ring is offered for DN15 … DN450 only. GPRS is named in the parameter table but has no field in the order code.
