Description
The QCKA is a Coriolis mass flow meter for liquids and gases from DN 1 … DN 200. It is particularly suited to applications where mass flow, density, temperature, volume flow and concentration are to be measured with one device.
Coriolis principle; the mass flow is measured directly. Maximum flow 0.05 … 400 t/h depending on the size. Flow measurement error liquid ± 0.2 % or ± 0.15 % of rate + zero point stability, gas ± 0.5 % or ± 1.0 % of rate + zero point stability. Density 0.2 … 2.5 g/cm³ with ± 0.002 g/cm³, temperature ≤ 1 °C. Outputs 4 … 20 mA, pulse 0 … 2 kHz, RS485 and HART. Supply 24 V DC, converter with display mounted on the sensor.
Measuring tube stainless steel 304, 316 on request, flanges to the GB/T series, other standards on request. Working pressure 4 MPa up to DN 50, 2.5 MPa from DN 80. Medium temperature -200 … +300 °C, protection grade IP67. Explosion protection as given in the sheet: Exd IIC T4 · Exd IIC T2 … T5 (ib). A declaration of conformity is not documented in the data sheet. Before sizing, note: No certificate and no notified body are named for the explosion protection; so explosion protection is not substantiated. Which of the two accuracy figures applies to which version is not documented. The technical data give up to 300 mm, the tables end at DN 200 and the order code at DN 150.
