FSKA Float Level Sensor: Precise Magnetic Level Measurement

The FSKA electronic level sensor uses proven magnetic induction technology for precise level measurement. A float equipped with a magnetic ring moves with the liquid level along a closed stainless steel tube. Inside this tube are Hall elements that are triggered by the magnet, generating corresponding switching signals. The integrated measuring electronics reliably convert these signals into standard industrial electrical output signals.

Versatile, Robust, and Smart

  • Clear Display: The sensor features a bright, red 4-digit LED display for direct on-site measurement value display.

  • Flexible Outputs: It offers extensive configuration options, including PNP/NPN switching outputs (as normally open/NO or normally closed/NC), analog outputs (4-20 mA, 1-5 V, 0-10 V), and modern communication interfaces via IO-Link or RS485.

  • Resistant Materials: The media-contacting parts are made of robust stainless steel 304 or NBR, making the sensor ideal for corrosive liquids (provided they are compatible with stainless steel 304). The head housing is made of engineering plastic with flame retardant class UL-94 V-0.
